"I want to participate in this project because my life has been a journey of refining fire. For decades, I have been the "rock" for those I love—navigating the challenges of teenage motherhood, surviving cancer, and serving as a dedicated, ongoing caregiver for my parents and uncle. My strength isn`t just something I found once; it is something I choose every single day." -- Rebecca
🔥🔥🔥
At 58, saying yes to the 40 Over 40 Project feels a little scary… and a little overdue. Life has a way of putting you in the background while you take care of everyone else, and one day you realize you haven’t really seen yourself in a long time. This is a chance to change that. To slow down, look at yourself with fresh eyes, and remember the woman who’s still right there. Not younger… not different… just real, strong, and worthy of being seen.
"I am here to show that you can come out of poverty, anxiety, abuse, and bitterness by knowing "If God brought you to it, He`ll bring you through it." -- Tamara

You’re allowed to want to feel beautiful again.
You’re allowed to do something just for you.
You don’t need a milestone.
You don’t need permission from anyone else.
You just need to decide you matter too.
"I`m hoping to gain a new look at myself. After having 4 children my body has obviously changed drastically and though I absolutely love what it has been able to provide for our family, I`d like to see it as my own again too!" -- Alyssa

She walked in saying, “I’m so awkward in photos.”
Within 10 minutes… she was laughing.
Within 30 minutes… she was glowing.
By the end… she didn’t want to leave.
This is what happens when you finally let yourself be seen.

You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else… and somewhere along the way, you stopped showing up for yourself.
You don’t feel broken. You don’t feel lost. You just don’t feel like you anymore.
If that hits a little too close… you’re not alone. And you don’t have to stay there. ❤️

Come back to yourself.
Not the version of you that’s been holding everything together… not the one who shows up for everyone else first… but the woman underneath all of that. The one who’s been a little quiet lately. The one you catch glimpses of and think, “I miss her.”
Somewhere along the way, you got busy. Life filled up. You learned how to keep going, how to be strong, how to take care of everyone else. And without even realizing it, you started to fade into the background of your own life.
This is where that shifts.
This is where you stop hiding… from the camera, from your reflection, from the parts of you that still want to feel something again. Not for anyone else… for you.
To see her again… fully, honestly, without filters or expectations.
And maybe for the first time in a long time… recognize her… and think, there you are.
If something in you is whispering yes… you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to feel ready. You just have to be willing to take the first step. I’ll guide you through the rest… gently, at your pace, with nothing expected of you except to show up as you are.

RED Project 2026
"I want to participate in this project as a way to honor the woman I am becoming. I’m in a season of growth, reflection, and reclaiming my strength after carrying a lot quietly. This experience feels like an opportunity to pause, be seen, and intentionally mark this chapter of my life - not for who I was expected to be, but for who I truly am. I want images that reflect resilience, softness, and confidence existing together." -- Brenda
We styled her outfit from separate pieces at the studio and everything came together beautifully! There is so many more beautiful photos as her story unfolds. She wanted images to "reflect resilience, softness, and confidence existing together" and I think she achieved that. What do you think?

Are you ready for the RED revolution?
Red has a way of stopping people in their tracks. It’s bold, it’s confident, and it doesn’t ask for permission to be seen. And for a lot of women, that can feel uncomfortable. We’ve been taught to soften ourselves, to blend in, to not be “too much.” Red challenges that. It asks you to take up space, to be noticed, to own your presence in a way that feels unapologetic.
That’s why so many women hesitate when they’re asked to wear it. Because red isn’t just a color… it’s a decision. It’s choosing to be seen. It’s choosing to step out of the background and into a version of yourself that feels stronger, louder, and more certain. And that can feel scary… until you realize how powerful it actually is.
The RED Project is where those stories come to life. Women stepping forward, rising into who they are, embracing every part of their journey, and defining themselves on their own terms. Every session, every story, is a reminder that power was never something you had to earn… it was already yours.

The RED Project is in full swing and it is everything we hoped for and more. So much laughter, so much confidence, and women walking out feeling powerful, seen, and completely unstoppable.
"I hope this experience allows me to let go of old narratives and replace them with ones rooted in authenticity and self-trust. More than just photographs, I’m hoping to walk away with a renewed connection to myself and tangible reminders that I am worthy of being seen, celebrated, and remembered in this chapter of my life." -- Brenda
To every woman who has ever questioned her worth or carried stories that were never hers to begin with… this is your invitation to let them go and choose something new. You get to stand in your truth, trust yourself again, and see who you really are without the weight of expectations. And when you do, something shifts… in how you carry yourself, how you see your reflection, how you allow yourself to be seen. This chapter of your life deserves to be celebrated and remembered.

“I Don’t Feel Like Myself Anymore”
There’s a moment a lot of women hit… where they look in the mirror and don’t quite recognize the woman staring back. Life happened. Bodies changed. Priorities shifted. And somewhere along the way… she got lost in all of it. If you’ve been feeling that way lately, you’re not alone. And you’re not stuck there either.
Creating beautiful portraits for women is about giving her a space to slow down, feel taken care of, and see herself in a new way. In the studio, she gets to explore who she is right now... maybe try something different, maybe reconnect with a part of herself she hasn’t felt in a while. With a little guidance and a lot of support, she starts to relax, have fun, and just be herself. These portraits become more than photos... they reflect her story, her strength, and everything that makes her who she is. And she is a masterpiece.
